This policy outlines the process for reporting alleged copyright infringement in accordance with applicable copyright laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Copyright Infringement Notification
If you believe that content hosted on ChatPic infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice requesting removal of the material.
Your notice must include the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
- The direct link (URL) to the infringing content
- Your full name and contact information (email address is required)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Content Removal
Upon receiving a valid copyright complaint, we will review the request and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the reported content.
Repeat Infringers
Users who repeatedly upload infringing content may have their access restricted or permanently blocked from using ChatPic.
Counter Notification
If you believe that content you uploaded was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- The URL of the removed content
- Your name and contact information
- A statement under good faith that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
We may restore the content if the counter-notification is valid and no further legal action is initiated.
Important Note
ChatPic is a temporary image sharing service. Many images are automatically deleted after expiration or when view limits are reached.
If content is no longer available, it may have already been removed by the system.
